Store Every Customer Design Safely & Automatically

How to Connect Google Drive in Build A Gang Sheet

Integrating Google Drive with the Build A Gang Sheet app ensures that every design ordered through your Shopify store is automatically stored in your Drive. This keeps your assets organized, backed up, and easily accessible — without any extra work.

1. Open App Settings

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps and open Drip Apps: Build a Gang Sheet.

2. Navigate to the Gang Sheet Tab

Inside the app, click on the Gang Sheet tab to manage your integrations.

3. Connect to Google Drive

Under the Google Drive section, click Connect.

Connecting Google Drive allows your customer-submitted and processed gang sheet files to be automatically stored in your chosen cloud directory.

Even if you don’t connect Google Drive, designs will still be stored and accessible within the app — but syncing them ensures easier downloads and long-term organization.

4. Authorize and Complete Connection

After clicking Connect, follow the on-screen prompts to sign into your Google account and authorize access.

Fill in any required information, then click Continue to finalize the setup.

Once complete, all new orders with design files will automatically sync to your designated Google Drive folder — keeping your workflow smooth and stress-free.

Why Connect Google Drive?

Integrating Google Drive with Build A Gang Sheet brings powerful benefits:

  • Automatic file syncing for backups and team access
  • Simplified workflow by keeping all print assets in one place
  • No more manual downloads from the app
  • Guaranteed file security in your own cloud environment

With this integration, you can focus on fulfilling orders — not managing files.
