  • Display accurate order statuses.

  • Update customer order statuses as required by merchants.

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the App and provide necessary support.

Our App integrates with Twilio for SMS and email communications. Order data may be shared with Twilio strictly for the purpose of sending notifications related to order status changes. Order Status Pro does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Data collection is solely based on interactions required to provide and operate the core functionality of the App.

We retain your order data only while Order Status Pro is installed on your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation of the App, all collected data will be scheduled for deletion as soon as 7 days after removal. This ensures that no residual data remains when you no longer use the App.
