1. Access the App

From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Build a Gang Sheet. Then click Settings followed by Image to Sheet in the sidebar.

2. Configure Sheet Dimensions and Pricing

• Printer Width: Set the width of your physical printer (e.g., 22.5 in).
• Max Height: Define the maximum printable length (e.g., 120 in).
• Image Margin: Distance between images on the sheet.
• Artboard Margin: Space between sheet edge and images. (0 is allowed.)
• Unit: Select the correct measurement unit (inches/mm).
• Price per Square Inch: Used to calculate product cost dynamically.
• Side Option: Choose whether sizing should be based on Width or Longest Side.

Be sure to click Save All after entering these values.

3. Define Size Options

For each product type (e.g., Toddler, Youth, Adult), assign a Title and corresponding Side value. Use the (+) to add more and the trash icon to delete. Toggle visibility for sizes and client-facing dimensions as needed.

4. Add and Manage Designs

• Go to Products > Image to Sheet tab
• Click Add Products or Upload Images
• You may upload up to 20 images at a time
• You can also Import from Gallery, Sort, Search, or Select Category
• Edit titles, assign Product Types (e.g., DTF, UV DTF), or remove unwanted images

Note: Do not change dimensions manually—use the Image to Sheet settings for adjustments.

5. Create Products Automatically

When ready, click Create Products to push each design as a new Shopify product with the selected configuration and sizes.

6. Review and Finalize

• Go to Shopify Products tab to view newly created products
• View watermarked designs, dimensions, and pricing
• Ensure each product is tagged with Image to Sheet
• You can test from the app's Image to Sheet tab by selecting a product and clicking View
• Customers can then select quantity and Add to Cart
