General Settings: Update Your Store Email

Your store’s contact email is used for customer notifications, admin alerts, and app communications. This guide will show you how to locate and update your store’s email address within Shopify’s general settings.

Steps to Locate and Edit Your Store Email

  • Step 1: From your Shopify admin, click on "Settings" in the lower-left corner of the dashboard.
  • Step 2: Select the "General" tab from the settings menu.
  • Step 3: Under the "Store Details" section, you will see a field labeled "Store Email".
  • Step 4: Click the email field to edit your store’s contact email address as needed.
  • Step 5: After entering the new email, be sure to click "Save" to apply your changes.
