Making a Rolling Gang Sheet Go to Direct Checkout
This guide explains how to configure a Rolling Gang Sheet product in the Build A Gangsheet App to send customers directly to the checkout page after submitting their design. Enabling direct checkout can streamline the purchasing experience and reduce cart abandonment.
1. Open the Product Settings
In your Shopify admin panel, go to the Build A Gangsheet app.
Click on Products in the app's navigation menu.
Locate the Rolling Gang Sheet product and click Edit.
2. Navigate to Settings
Within the product configuration page, select the Settings tab to access customization options for this product type.
3. Enable Direct Checkout
Look for the toggle labeled Enable Direct Checkout.
Turn this option on to activate automatic redirection to the checkout page once the customer submits their gang sheet design.
This is especially useful for simplifying the flow and skipping unnecessary steps between product upload and purchase.
4. Save Your Changes
Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.
Without saving, the direct checkout feature will not be enabled and customers will continue to be routed to the cart page by default.
