Customer Tab
The Customer Tab allows you to manually add and manage customers within the Build A Gang Sheet Standalone app. This guide walks through how to create a new customer record and optionally notify them by email.
1. Navigate to Customer Settings
Go to https://app.buildagangsheet.com/merchant/settings and open the dashboard.
2. Select "Customers"
From the dashboard navigation menu, click on Customers.
3. Click "Add Customer"
Select the Add Customer button to begin creating a new customer record.
4. Enter Customer Information
Fill in the necessary details including name, email address, and any other relevant information for your customer.
5. Optional: Send Confirmation Email
You may choose to enable the checkbox labeled "Send email to the customer about the customer creation" to notify the customer upon creation.
6. Save Your Changes
Click Save. Your customer account will now be listed and available within your app dashboard.
