How to Connect Dropbox in Build A Gang Sheet
The Build A Gang Sheet Standalone platform now supports direct Dropbox integration! This makes it easier than ever to manage and access your gang sheets via cloud storage. Follow the steps below to enable and link your Dropbox account.
1. Navigate to Settings
From the left-hand navigation tab, go to Settings. If you're on the dashboard, select Settings again to enter configuration mode.
2. Access the Gang Sheet Tab
Within the Settings menu, locate the Gang Sheet tab. This area contains various builder and file output settings.
3. Locate Dropbox Integration
Scroll to the bottom of the Gang Sheet tab. You’ll see a setting labeled Upload to Dropbox.
4. Enable Dropbox Sync
Toggle the switch to enable the Dropbox feature. Then, click Connect Dropbox to begin the authorization process.
5. Authorize Access
A popup will prompt you to Allow access. Log into your Dropbox account and confirm the integration.
6. Confirm Connection
Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to your BAGS dashboard, and a confirmation message will show that Dropbox is connected.
7. Disconnect Option
At any time, you can return to this section and disconnect Dropbox if you no longer wish to use it.
8. Save Settings
Click Save All to finalize your Dropbox integration and preserve all changes.
