Orders Tab: How To View and Upload Customer Images in Shopify Orders
This tutorial shows you how to use the Orders tab inside the Build A Gangsheet app to view uploaded customer images and manually upload new ones for existing Shopify orders. This is essential for reviewing gang sheet submissions and ensuring print accuracy.
1. Open the Orders Tab
Start by selecting the Orders tab in your Build A Gangsheet app dashboard.
2. Locate the Customer Order
Use the search or scroll functionality to find the specific customer order you want to manage. Orders are displayed with basic metadata including name, date, and status.
3. View Submitted Images
Click on the View Images button associated with the order to open the customer's uploaded images for that gang sheet.
4. Download Customer Images
Click the download icon to save a copy of the customer's upload. This is useful for internal proofing or editing before production.
