Gang Sheet Setting: Gang File Type (Shopify)
The Gang Sheet File Type setting allows you to define the output file format used when customers submit their gang sheets. This ensures compatibility with your printing workflow and hardware. Learn how to select the correct file type for your printer.
1. Open Settings
From your BAGS app dashboard, click on the Settings tab to access customization options for your builder or gang sheet configurations.
2. Navigate to Gang Sheet Settings
Once inside the Settings panel, click on the Gang Sheet tab to manage sheet-specific settings, including file output formats.
3. Understand File Type Options
The Gang Sheet File Type setting determines the output format used when a gang sheet is generated. Choose the format that is compatible with your print equipment and preferred production workflow.
4. Select Your Preferred Format
You can choose from multiple output types including:
- PNG - High-resolution raster image, good for most print jobs
- PDF - Ideal for vector precision and layout control
- TIFF - High-quality image format often used in industrial printing
