Design: Order Numbers

Order numbers help identify which customer design submissions have been paid for and are ready for production. This guide shows how to locate order numbers in the Designs tab and what to do if a customer has not yet completed payment.

1. Access the Designs Tab

Click on the Designs tab from your Shopify dashboard to view all customer-created or submitted designs.

Open Designs Tab

2. Locate the Order Number

Order numbers will appear in a designated row next to the design once the customer has completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed.

Tip: Order numbers will only appear once the gang sheet has been paid for. If the customer has not completed their purchase, you can use their customer name or Design ID to locate the design manually.

Why Use Order Numbers?

  • Quickly identify paid and confirmed customer designs for production.
  • Filter and prioritize which designs are ready to be fulfilled.
  • Troubleshoot submission issues using alternative identifiers like customer name or Design ID.
