Orders: How To Edit Designs
Need to make adjustments to a customer's gang sheet design? BAGS Edit Design functionality lets you open and personally edit submitted designs, ensuring accuracy before print. Here's how to use this feature step-by-step.
1. Click "Build a Gang Sheet"
Start by selecting the Build a Gang Sheet App on your Shopify dashboard to access your order interface.
2. Click "Orders"
Once inside the app, navigate to the Orders tab to view all submitted designs.
3. Select the Order
Click the tab below the order list to open the detailed view of the customer's submission. This will allow you to review and interact with individual orders.
4. Click "Edit Design"
Clicking the Edit Design button lets you personally modify the customer's gang sheet. This is useful for correcting layouts, resizing elements, or making any last-minute design fixes before fulfillment.
5. The Design Opens in a New Tab
The selected gang sheet design will open in a new browser tab, where you can make edits directly. Make sure to save changes after editing to ensure they reflect in the final production version.
