Storage Settings: How to Connect Google Drive in Build A Gangsheet

Integrating Google Drive with the Build A Gang Sheet app ensures that every design ordered through your Shopify store is automatically stored in your Google Drive. This makes managing your assets easier while keeping everything synced between the app and your cloud storage.

1. Open App Settings

In your Shopify admin, navigate to Apps and open Drip Apps: Build a Gang Sheet.

Click Settings in the app’s main menu to access all configuration options.

2. Navigate to the Storage Tab

In the Settings section, click on the Storage tab to manage your third-party integrations.

3. Connect to Google Drive

Under the Google Drive section, click Connect.

Connecting Google Drive allows you to automatically store customer-submitted and processed gang sheet files in your own cloud directory.

Designs will still be stored and accessible within the app, even if Google Drive is not connected, but syncing allows for easier downloads and long-term storage.

4. Authorize and Complete Connection

After clicking Connect, follow the prompts to sign into your Google account and authorize access.

Fill in any required information and click Continue to finalize the setup.

Once complete, all new orders with design files will be automatically synced to your Google Drive folder.

Why Connect Google Drive?

  • Enables automatic file syncing for backup and team access.
  • Simplifies workflow by consolidating print assets in one place.
  • Reduces the need for manual downloads from the app.
  • Ensures all gang sheet orders are saved to a familiar and secure environment.
