Image Gallery Settings
This tutorial explains how to configure the Image Gallery Settings in the Build A Gangsheet app on Shopify. These controls allow you to customize how images appear, how customers interact with them, and how your gallery is structured visually.
1. Launch the App
From the Shopify admin panel, click Apps and select Build a Gang Sheet to open the app dashboard.
2. Open Gallery Image Settings
In the left navigation panel, click Gallery Images to access gallery-specific controls and preferences.
3. Configure Display Toggles
You’ll see three primary display options you can toggle on or off:
- Show Gallery – Enable or disable the gallery visibility for customers.
- Enable Sort – Allow sorting of images manually or by default settings.
- Enable Color Overlay – Apply a visual overlay to your images for styling or grouping.
4. Choose a Category View Mode
Under Category View Mode, select how you want your gallery categories to be displayed. This setting determines how customers navigate through grouped images or folders.
5. Adjust Watermark Appearance
Use the Watermark Opacity slider to control the transparency of your watermark overlay. This helps protect your designs while still keeping them visible to customers.
Why These Settings Matter
- Enhances user experience by offering clean and organized visual layouts.
- Helps protect your artwork and designs from unauthorized reuse with watermark control.
- Provides branding flexibility with overlay customization and category views.
