How to Create a Custom Account on Build A Gang Sheet

This guide walks you through setting up a custom Build A Gang Sheet (BAGS) account on the Standalone platform. You'll learn how to configure your user profile, company information, gang sheet preferences, file settings, and customer interaction tools for a seamless setup.

Account Registration

  • Visit apps.buildagangssheet.com and click Sign Up.
  • Fill out the sign-up form with your credentials.
  • Click Sign Up to proceed. You'll be taken directly to the Settings tab.

User Profile Setup

  • Complete all required profile fields, including your email (used for notifications and order alerts).
  • Save changes before navigating away.

Company Information

  • Navigate to the Company Name tab.
  • Fill in your business details including company name and logo. The Company ID and Max Fee per Order are auto-generated and should not be changed.
  • Set up credit options like Auto Charge Credits, Minimum Credit Threshold, and Default Charge Credits.

Settings and File Preferences

  • Keep the default Gang Sheet File Name Format to maintain organization.
  • Enable/disable Print File Name, and set its position and height on the gang sheet.
  • Choose a Gang Sheet File Type and enable Trim Empty Space.
  • Integrate with Dropbox if desired.
  • Specify allowed Upload File Types.

Builder Features

  • Enable Auto Resize to 300 DPI.
  • Choose to disable tools like Background Remove, Text Feature, and Auto Build.
  • Enable features like Agree Modal and Collect Shipping Addresses for improved customer interaction.
  • Adjust Margins, Languages, and embed custom scripts as needed.

Appearance & Security

  • Modify background and interface themes via the Appearance tab.
  • Change your password or raise Support Tickets as needed.

Products & Dimensions

  • Go to Products to add gang sheet sizes.
  • Use Add Product and Add Size buttons to configure dimensions and units.
  • Set up redirect URLs, button colors, and copy your embed scripts or direct links.

Customer Management

  • View and manage Orders, Designs, and Gallery assets.
  • Upload images and manage customer data from the Customers tab.
  • Add customer names and emails, then click Create.

Fonts & Payments

  • Add custom fonts through the Fonts section.
  • Upload font files and search fonts to install.
  • Review all Transactions and use the Payments tab for financial tracking.
