This guide walks you through the process of submitting a support ticket directly within the Build A Gang Sheet App on WordPress. Whether you're experiencing technical issues, have billing questions, or need general assistance, the built-in Support Ticket system makes it easy to get help fast.

Step-by-Step: Submitting a Support Ticket

  1. From your admin panel, click on the Gang Sheet tab.
  2. Select Update More to reveal additional app features.
  3. Look for the new Support Ticket option available on both Standalone and WooCommerce dashboards.
  4. Click the Support Ticket option to begin submitting your request.
  5. Fill out all necessary fields including your name, email, and a detailed message describing the issue or question.
  6. Use the Type dropdown menu to categorize your ticket (e.g., Bug, Feature Request, Billing Issue).
  7. Select the appropriate Platform that your site is built on (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  8. Click Submit Ticket when all information is complete.
