Orders Tab – Managing Customer Orders in the Builder

The Orders tab allows you to manage, search, preview, and download customer orders generated through the gang sheet builder. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to navigate and manage your orders efficiently within the Drip Apps WordPress or WooCommerce integration.

Accessing the Orders Tab

1. Open the Gang Sheet section from the main menu.
2. Click Update More to reveal additional configuration options.
3. Select the Orders tab to access order management tools.

Order Management Features

1. View a complete list of all gang sheet orders placed by customers.
2. Use the Search bar to quickly locate specific orders or gang sheets.
3. Preview customer orders directly inside the builder interface before taking action.
4. Download gang sheet files for printing or record keeping with one click.
5. Edit the design linked to the order if modifications are required.
6. Copy the Design ID to easily reference or share the design with your team.

Alternative Access

1. You can also access customer orders from the Home section by clicking Update More and navigating to the Orders tab from there.

Filtering Orders

1. Utilize the order filters to sort by:
   • Orders – Active orders currently in the system.
   • Archived – Historical or manually archived entries.
   • All – Complete list including both active and archived orders.
2. Select the appropriate filter from the dropdown to refine your search.

Pro Tip: Use the combination of previewing, downloading, and copying the Design ID to streamline your internal fulfillment or customer service workflows. Keeping orders well-organized will reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
