Design Tab: Check Out Customers Designs
The Designs tab in your Shopify builder allows you to view and manage all artwork that customers have either submitted or are in the process of ordering. This guide shows how to review customer designs and proceed to checkout when ready.
1. Open the Designs Tab
Start by clicking on the Designs section from your BAGS dashboard. This will display all the designs your customers have either created or ordered.
2. Proceed to Checkout for a Design
If your customer is ready to order a specific design, click on the Checkout button associated with that design. This action moves the design to the purchasing stage for order fulfillment.
Why This Matters
- Allows store staff to manually assist or process a customer’s design order.
- Ensures a seamless transition from design preview to payment.
- Improves control over managing the order pipeline within the Shopify builder.
