Builder Settings: Enable Dropbox for Your Customers

The Build A Gangsheet App supports Dropbox integration, allowing customers to upload design files directly from their personal Dropbox accounts. This feature enhances user convenience and can streamline order fulfillment. Here's how to enable it.

1. Access the App Settings

From your Shopify admin, click on Apps in the left-hand menu.

Select Build A Gang Sheet from your list of installed apps.

Once inside the app, click on the Settings tab in the top navigation.

2. Open the Builder Settings

Within the Settings panel, go to the Builder tab.

Scroll down until you find the option labeled Enable Dropbox.

3. Enable Dropbox for Customers

Toggle the setting to enable Dropbox functionality. This allows customers to use their personal Dropbox account to upload files directly through the gang sheet builder interface.

After enabling the setting, click Save All to apply your changes.

4. How It Appears to Customers

Once enabled, the Dropbox button will appear as an upload option on all applicable products.

Customers will need to connect their own Dropbox account the first time they use this feature. A new tab will open guiding them through the authorization process.

Why Enable Dropbox?

  • Gives customers more flexibility in file uploads.
  • Ideal for users who store artwork or designs on cloud platforms.
  • Improves user experience by streamlining the upload process.
