Appearance Settings: Welcome Screen Options
Configure the welcome screen options in the Build A Gangsheet App's Standalone builder to tailor the user onboarding experience. Choose how the Welcome Popup appears and customize how users begin their gang sheet creation process.
1. Navigate to Appearance Settings
Go to https://app.buildagangsheet.com/merchant/settings#settings and open Settings > Settings > Appearance.
2. Toggle the Welcome Popup
Use the “Show Welcome Popup” toggle to enable or disable the popup that appears when customers launch the builder.
- ON: The Welcome Popup is displayed when the builder loads.
- OFF: Users bypass the popup and go straight into the builder interface.
3. Select View Type
You can choose how the welcome screen appears:
- List View: Displays gang sheet starting options in a vertical text list.
- Gallery View: Displays your pre-defined visual options (set up in settings) for a more graphical experience.
4. Enable “Default As Auto Build”
If you enable the "Default As Auto Build" option, users will skip the layout process and only need to select their images—everything else is handled automatically by the builder. This is especially useful for fast checkouts and simplified workflows.
