Builder Settings – How to Enable Live Chat (Woo)

This guide will show you how to enable the Live Chat feature inside the Build A Gangsheet App. Activating live chat allows you to connect your own support tool, improving real-time communication with customers directly within the builder.

Step-by-Step: Enabling the Live Chat Feature

1. Click on the Gang Sheet tab from your main dashboard.
2. Select Update More to access extended settings.
3. Go to the Settings section using the sidebar navigation.
4. Click into the Settings mid-tab to open configuration options.
5. Select the Builder tab to view builder-specific tools and settings.
6. Scroll through the builder options. This tab includes settings for supported file types, auto-resize to 300 DPI, Canva integration, spacing controls, and more.
7. Locate the Enable Live Chat option and toggle it ON. This will allow you to integrate your preferred live chat system directly into the builder interface.
