General Settings: Store Email (Shopify)
Your Store Email is the primary contact address used for communication with customers, order confirmations, and store notifications. Keeping this email up-to-date ensures smooth interactions and trust with your clientele. This guide walks through how to locate and edit your store email within Shopify’s General Settings.
1. Go to Settings
From your BAGS admin dashboard, click on Settings
2. Click on General
Inside the Settings menu, select the General option to access your store’s basic configuration.
3. Locate Your Store Email
Under the Store Details section, you’ll see the current store email displayed. This is the email used for store notifications and customer communication.
4. Access General Settings Again if Needed
If you're navigating from a different location, you can always return to Settings from the admin menu.
5. Re-select General
Click on General again to return to the section where the email can be edited.
6. Edit Your Store Email
Within the Store Details area of the General settings, click the email field to edit it. Input your desired contact email and save your changes to update it across your store.
