This tutorial will guide you through setting up the Auto Charge feature in the Build A Gangsheet App. With Auto Charge enabled, your credit balance will refill automatically, preventing interruptions during order processing and saving you from manual reloads.
Step-by-Step: Enabling Auto Charge
- From your main dashboard, click the Gang Sheet tab.
- Select Update More to reveal extended options.
- Navigate to the Company section to configure company-level preferences.
- Locate the toggle labeled Auto Charge Credits and switch it ON. This activates automated credit top-ups.
Setting Charge Parameters
- In the Minimum Credit field, enter the credit threshold that will trigger the auto-charge. For example, if you input “20,” the system will auto-charge once your balance drops below 20 credits.
- Next, in the Default Charge Credits field, specify how many credits you want automatically loaded when auto-charge activates. This is the recharge amount your account will receive.
Finalizing Your Settings
- Once all fields are completed, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Pro Tip: Choose a minimum threshold that gives you a safe buffer to avoid disruptions. A higher default recharge amount can help reduce the frequency of charges and keep production running smoothly.
