Images: How To Find If Images Are Active or Not

Keeping track of which images are active or inactive is important for managing your gallery’s visibility and organization. Shopify’s Images tab provides a quick filtering tool that allows you to instantly check the status of each image. This guide shows how to use those status filters effectively.

1. Open the Images Tab

From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the BAGS app, click the Images tab to access your image management area and begin organizing your content.

2. Use the All, Active, and Inactive Filters

At the top of the image gallery, click on All, Active, or Inactive to view image status. This lets you quickly verify which designs are visible to customers and which are hidden or inactive.

Why Use Status Filters?

  • Ensures only approved images are shown to customers in the gallery.
  • Helps you manage seasonal, outdated, or draft designs with ease.
  • Simplifies the process of bulk-updating visibility settings.
