Builder Settings: Auto Build ON/OFF

The Auto Build feature in the Standalone Builder streamlines the gang sheet creation process. It allows customers to upload multiple designs simultaneously and automatically arranges them into one or more optimized gang sheets. This is especially useful for batch printing workflows and high-volume customers.

1. Access the Builder Tab

Begin by navigating to the Builder tab within your settings dashboard. This area contains all major customization and layout tools for managing customer interaction and file formatting.

2. Enable Auto Build

Toggle the Auto Build setting to ON. This activates the feature for all users on the builder interface.

When enabled, customers can upload multiple designs at once. The app will automatically create gang sheets to fit all uploaded designs, including generating multiple sheets if needed for space.

3. Using the Auto Build Feature

Once enabled, customers can simply click the Auto Build button to launch the functionality. They'll be prompted to select their designs and optionally adjust the dimensions for each.

After clicking Apply, the system will automatically organize the assets into gang sheets, minimizing wasted space and maximizing efficiency.

4. Review Generated Sheets

Once processing is complete, all generated gang sheets will be visible for review. Customers can make further edits if needed before proceeding to checkout.

Why Use Auto Build?

  • Speeds up the order process for bulk design uploads
  • Reduces manual layout effort
  • Optimizes space to reduce waste
  • Ideal for shops handling high-volume customer orders
