Builder Settings: Artwork Uploads in Shopify

The Artwork Uploads feature controls which file types customers are allowed to upload into the gang sheet builder. Enabling only supported formats helps maintain design consistency, reduces errors, and ensures a smoother customer experience. Follow the steps below to access and configure this setting.

1. Click "Settings"

From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on the Settings tab to access all app configuration options.

Click Settings

2. Select "Builder"

In the Settings menu, navigate to the Builder tab. This is where design tool configurations—including artwork uploads—are managed.

Go to Builder Settings

3. Configure Supported Artwork Uploads

Scroll to the "Artwork Uploads" section. This area defines which file types (such as PNG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF) your customers can upload to the gang sheet builder. Select the formats that align with your printing or production requirements.
