The Gang Sheet Settings in the Build A Gangsheet App allow you to configure various aspects of your gang sheet creation process. These settings help you control how files are named, formatted, and uploaded, ensuring seamless operation and integration with other services like Dropbox.
1. Access Gang Sheet Settings
In the "Settings" menu, click on the "Gang Sheet" tab to access all the relevant settings for customizing your gang sheets. This tab allows you to configure several important options related to file handling and layout.

The Gang Sheet File Name Format setting allows you to specify how the file name will appear on the gang sheet, either at the top or bottom. This can help with organizing and identifying files easily when they are saved or printed.
3. Print File Name
The Print File Name setting is a feature that you can turn on or off. Enabling this will include the file name on the printed gang sheet, which can be useful for keeping track of specific designs and versions.
4. Gang Sheet File Type
The Gang Sheet File Type defines the file format used by your printer. This is not related to the file types customers can upload, but instead, it refers to the file format that your system will send to the printer. You can choose the most compatible format for your printing workflow here.
5. Trim Empty Space at the Bottom
The Trim Empty Space at the Bottom option automatically removes any blank space at the bottom of the gang sheet, which helps optimize space and improve the overall presentation of the designs.
6. Upload to Dropbox
The Upload to Dropbox setting allows you to connect your Dropbox account with the app. When enabled, all files created through the app will be automatically uploaded to a folder in your Dropbox for easy access and sharing.
7. Connect Your Dropbox
To connect your Dropbox account, simply follow the prompts to link it with the Build A Gangsheet App. Once connected, your files will be automatically saved to Dropbox.
8. Gang Sheet Folder Path
The Gang Sheet Folder Path defines the folder name in your Dropbox where all the gang sheet files will be stored. You can customize the folder name based on your preference, making it easier to locate and manage files.
