Builder Settings – How to Set Supported Upload File Types

This tutorial explains how to manage the file types accepted by the Build A Gangsheet App. By configuring supported upload formats, you can ensure users only submit compatible files, which streamlines your production process and minimizes design-related issues.

Step-by-Step: Setting Accepted File Types

  1. From the dashboard, click the Gang Sheet tab.
  2. Click Update More to access advanced configuration options.
  3. Navigate to the Settings tab located in the left sidebar.
  4. In the mid-tab section, click Settings again to enter the main settings panel.
  5. Select the Builder tab to view builder-specific tools and preferences.
  6. Scroll to the section labeled Supported Upload File Types.
  7. Here, you can define which file types you are willing to accept from customers during upload. This commonly includes formats such as .png, .jpg, .svg, and others suitable for DTF printing workflows.

Pro Tip: Limiting file types to only high-quality and print-ready formats can significantly reduce back-and-forth revisions and eliminate errors caused by unsupported or low-resolution files.
