How to Use the New Names and Numbers Builder in the Build A Gangsheet App

Our Names and Numbers Builder makes it fast and easy to personalize gang sheets with individual names and jersey numbers—perfect for sports teams, uniforms, and group orders. This guide walks you through each step of using the tool effectively.

Step-by-Step: Creating Custom Names and Numbers

1. Start by accessing the Name and Number Tool from the main dashboard.
2. Click Add Names to begin entering your custom name list.
3. Select the font size you would like to use.
4. Choose your preferred font style from the available options.
5. Change the name or number color to match your design or team colors.
6. Enter the team names or individual names in the fields provided.
7. Click Add Another to input more names as needed.
8. Increase the quantity to match how many of each item you need printed.
9. Click Add Numbers to input uniform or player numbers.
10. You can add as many numbers as needed for your order.
11. When all names and numbers are entered, click Confirm to lock in your entries.
12. The system will automatically organize and place each name and number combination onto the gang sheet.
