Submitting a Support Ticket on Build A Gang Sheet

If you're experiencing issues or need help using the Build A Gang Sheet Standalone platform, our new Support Ticket system makes it easy to get assistance. Follow the steps below to submit your support request and receive a response from our team.

1. Locate the Support Ticket Tool

On your dashboard (Standalone and WooCommerce versions), you'll now see an option labeled Support Ticket. Click this to get started.

2. Open the Submission Form

Clicking the Support Ticket tab opens a form where you'll enter the necessary details about your issue or question.

3. Fill Out the Form

Complete all required fields in the support form, including subject, description, and any relevant information to help us better understand your request.

4. Select Ticket Type

Organize your submission by choosing a ticket Type, such as Technical Issue, Billing Question, or Feature Request.

5. Choose Your Platform

Specify which platform you're using (Standalone, WooCommerce, etc.) so we can tailor the support appropriately.

6. Submit Your Ticket

Once all information is complete, click Submit Ticket. Your request will be routed to our support team.

7. What Happens Next?

After submission, you’ll see a confirmation message. Our team will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.
