Builder Setting: Enable Live Chat
The Enable Live Chat feature lets you embed a custom live chat script that will trigger as soon as the customer opens your app. This guide shows you how to activate the setting and where to add your chat code.
1. Click "Settings"
Begin by navigating to your dashboard and selecting the Settings option in the menu.
2. Click "Builder"
Inside the Settings menu, select the Builder tab to access UI-related customizations.
3. Enable Live Chat Option
Find the option labeled "Enable Live Chat". Once turned on, you can insert your own embedded live chat script (code snippet). This script will activate automatically when a customer opens your app interface.
